  1. Of course Christians live longer, we’re practicing for eternal life! We don’t want to just die, and then find out that we’re not in shape for Heaven. Diet and excercise (spiritual excercises) are key, in fact, some of the best subsisted purely on the Bread of Life before embarking on the eternal part. Good training and discipline are neccessary, and there are many to help, including the ultimate personal trainer, the Holy Spirit.
    On should be wary, as there are many books by many ‘ fitness gurus’ that include many excercises that may actually work against you, ignore certain important excercises, or even dismiss the advice of the Holy Spirit.
    The best fitness regimen is almost two thousand years old, and has provided spectacular results for many who stick with the program.
